Diamond coolant

SKU: 50011

$7

Inland Craft diamond coolant is a surfactant, which lowers the surface tension of water and increases diamond tool life by reducing friction. It helps increase grinding, sawing and drilling speed. It also allows the water to do a better job cooling, which prevents your material from overheating. Simply follow the instructions on the bottle and add to the water reservoir of your SwapTop 6″ flat lap machine, any Wiz-family grinder or DB-100 band saw to increase the life of your diamond tools.

The coolant powder is conveniently packaged in an 8 oz. bottle (236.5 ml). Simply fill this bottle with clean water, shake until fully dissolved, and you're all set to use.

I had not done stain glass in 10 years, and had used that product then. I really did not know what to do with the bottle with 1/4 inch of a blue powder. So I have filled it with water, and put two capfuls in my grinder pan. It didn’t seem to mix very well, so I have no idea how to judge how it’s working,

Happy with grinder coolant

It was easy to just add water to the grinder coolant bottle, and it seems to work as expected. It being a dry powder enabled me to get a bottle in reserve that has a long shelf life as it is dry.
