Invisible Sponge BitSert

The Invisible Sponge BitSert is a sponge-free cooling option when grinding with diamond bits for longer bit life and faster grinding. For use with the Wizard IV, WizCG, and WizlingCG grinders. Available in both 3/4" and 1" diameters.

How does it work? The Invisible Sponge BitSert eliminates the need for a sponge by pulling coolant up from the reservoir onto the bit as you grind. To use it, replace the standard BitSert with the Invisible Sponge BitSert and install the bit on the machine so that only the upper most 1/8" section of diamond is above the work surface (most of the bit is below the work surface). When you turn on the machine you should see a puddle of water appear around the bit. If not, check the coolant level and gradually increase the reservoir coolant level until you have adequate coolant being pulled up while grinding.
