The Invisible Sponge BitSert is a sponge-free cooling option when grinding with diamond bits for longer bit life and faster grinding. For use with the Wizard IV, WizCG, and WizlingCG grinders. Available in 1" diameter only.

  • Eliminates the need for a sponge when grinding
  • Design pulls coolant up from the reservoir to keep your grinder bits properly lubricated
  • For use with 1" grinder bits only. Do not use with grinder bits smaller than 1" in diameter or this BitSert will not be able to pull enough water to properly cool your bit.

The 1" bitsert is great. No more gunky sponge to deal with. Much less spray as well.

Wrong fit

It wasn't useful for the size of bit that I use and the description wasn't clear enough so I bought it unknowingly.

Hi Penny - Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that our Invisible Sponge BitSert is not working for your needs. As stated on this product listing, this item should only be used with 1' grinder bits. If the bit you are using is smaller than 1', then the Invisible Sponge BitSert will not muster up enough water to properly cool your grinder bit. I hope this information helps.
