Very Disappointed

I purchased my ScoreOne glass cutter in May 2024. I loved it initially, exceeded my expectations for the first couple of months. I’ve used it at the most 20 times. The head will not adjust low enough to even mark on the glass, and the lever will not return to position without support.

I called the company their suggestion was for me to take it apart to see if I could find the problem or ship it back to them for them to troubleshoot (at my expense).

This was not a “cheap” product. It should have lasted longer than this and I shouldn’t have to pay shipping to get it fixed.
