The WizCG is our best-seller because of its power and value. The workhorse 30 oz-in torque motor offers plenty of power to do the jobs you want. Use this American-made machine for grinding and shaping glass edges, doing stained glass work and drilling holes in glass. The WizCG comes with TWO different sized grinding bits to accommodate your edge-grinding needs, which is a great value! You can use both grinding bits at once, eliminating removing/replacing different sized grinding bits! The WizCG is a great choice for hobbyists who require quality.

Setup is easy. Simply install the two included diamond grinding bits, wet the coolant sponges with clean water and turn it on with the two-way power switch.

WizCG grinder

I've used the WizCG grinder twice now, on three or four small projects. I'm having fun using it, and find it very easy to grind both 3mm unfused glass and 6mm fused glass. The install instructions are easy to understand. The water area is easy to fill (and not overfill) and the first sponge is still in one piece. I noticed a spare sponge in the package. I haven't needed to use it yet, but I'm sure I will soon.

Would be 5 stars if the work top didn't flex like it does.

Love it!

Plenty of power for cutting through very thick glass. Love this and so glad I upgraded. The removable water tray is amazing too and so easy to clean.

Replacement of my 30 year old grinder

I purchased the WizCG Inland grinder to replace my 30 year old Wizard grinder, which recently failed. I chose this model because it has the same motor size (1/11HP). For the few dollars more, it is twice as powerful as the less expensive Inland grinder, which has a motor with only 1/22HP. Pay the extra. You won't regret it. Although the surface is slightly smaller in size, I like the fact that the surface containing the water for cooling, is removeable from the rest of the grinder. My old grinder didn't have that capability, so the entire grinder had to be moved carefully to change the water. The surface area is practically identical to that of the old grinder with the second stage, which I strongly recommend getting. I'm confident it will last for many years. My foot controller still works, so I'll use that with the new grinder as well.
